I went to have a consultation to get some fillers and Botox done, and the doctor advised that it wouldn’t be in my best interest. I have been seeing Dr Rupesh for a little while now for both Botox and Lip Filler, and I now wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I had so many questions as initially it was my first time for both treatments. Dr Rupesh took the time to address each and every one to make sure I was comfortable with the treatments and fully informed; he's extremely knowledgeable, whilst also patient and caring, and so friendly! I was very keen to ensure that the results looked as 'natural' as possible, and honestly, all I have had since is compliments. My favourite thing to do is telling people I've had treatments and watch their jaw drop in surprise, as they can't tell! There is so much stigma around cosmetics procedures being scary and super altering to our appearance, and whilst they can be, Dr Rupesh ensures that each treatment is going to suit the patient, is in line with their expectations and is safely administered. Pre-appointment care is fantastic, as is aftercare, and the clinic is exceptionally clean and well looked after. I initially went to Dr Shah for botox. I was impressed with his approach and advice and went back for a free consultation to discuss what treatments would best address my concerns. He listens to your concerns and advises on what he thinks is the best approach. Once again he impressed me with his approach and advice. He does not hard sell and is very honest and open with his opinion. If he does not think a treatment will suit you, he will let you know. He then let me research the treatments for myself and make a decision on what I wanted to do. I have had a couple of other treatments since and I am very happy with the results. The treatments are very good value for money and Dr Shah has a very down to earth and charming manner that puts you at ease.
